At JdWood Children’s Services, we believe that every child- no matter their challenges or learning style- has greatness within them. Our mission is to unlock that potential by providing personalised, flexible and compassionate educational support for children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including, ASD, ADHD, ODD, PDA, ADD, FAS, SEMH, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, DL, DCD & PMLD.

We are dedicated to support children with a wide range of learning and emotional needs . Recognising that every learner is unique , our tutors provide patient, personalised guidance – building confidence, motivation and a genuine love for learning. Support is available through home education, virtual learning, or one-to-one tuition tailored to each child’s individual journey. Baseline assessments are central to our learning journey helping us understand each child’s starting point and tailor support that meets their individual needs.

At JdWood Children’s Services, we believe every child deserves to feel supported, understood, and capable of success. Our Educational Strategists, all qualified teachers, work closely with families to understand each child’s unique strengths and challenges. From there, we carefully select tutors who can provide the right blend of expertise and compassion.
Each child follows an Individual Personal Plan, shaped around their academic and emotional needs. Progress is guided and monitored by an Educational Strategist to ensure consistent, caring support.
With gentle guidance and expert support, our tutors cultivate a safe, encouraging environment that helps students build confidence and enduring self-belief.
